>> the top stories that we are following on this friday, november 29th. some shoppers get pushy, as others stay calm. the holiday shopping season officially gets underway as doors open on black friday in some places early. we will give you a look at black friday across the country. >> it is pretty chilly outside spread it is a little bit cooler than where we started yesterday. this is where the temperatures are sitting pripet to 42 degrees in oakland and 44 in san jose. 40 degrees in concord and upper '30's through livermore. a jacket is required but we will take a look at where the

celebrating the holiday -- while on duty. kron four's philippe djegal joined a group of san mateo fire fighters. working the holiday shift. who enjoyed a special thanksgiving dinner -- as a of radio said on the table just in case these firefighters out of station 23 get a call. a call that thankfully never came allowing everyone to enjoy the holidays. >>: we get to still provide a service and spend quality time with our family reflecting about how things

i have pulled my hand into water to of the stores offer some many of the shoppers they put the thanksgiving dinner in the fridge and headed out to the stores so a lot of them have been at this now for about zero hours straight and the backs that are carrying we are talking for five bags in each hand. many of them those big shopping bags 3 here's the scene for just a few hours ago with the thousands of people who've made their way out of the livermore premium outlets which opened at 6:00 last night for hours earlier than last year. the marketing director said he is hoping to bring them better revenues by holding but st. retailers are facing a shorter shopping season. >>: shoes closed jackets and all that. it's a good. memo was time to start shopping? >>: about seven.
